Kiss, Marry or Kill: 05 (Airplane carry-on edition)

Normally, this is the issue where I’d share things I’m enjoying right now, things I’ll love forever, and things I wish would go away for good. But this in this special issue, I’m following up on my “what’s in my carry-on” article to share specific products and links for all of my favorite travel gear—which means it’s nothing but kissing and marriage around here. (Well, there’s one not-favorite product, but I’m still using it, so it can’t be that bad.)

Travel bags

I wish I had a great, cost-effective recommendation for you here, but my current bag was a bust (the only Kill on this list) and the one I’m hoping to replace it with hasn’t arrived yet.

lululemon 25L Duffle Bag, $168: While my lulu bag is more than a decade old, this is the one that most closely matches the style, number of pockets, and placement of pockets. (It’s pretty much identical.) This bag has held UP, and is only now starting to show wear and tear. Considering how much I travel, this was an incredible investment.
