I can't believe I get to be here in 2025 for the very first round of this Foundations Course! Maybe it'll be the very first time I stick with the program for the "whole 30" days, LOL... And since Amazon was kind enough to suggest "It Starts With Food" to me before it was even released back in 2012, it's full circle from receiving the book on the first-ever shippig date as well! You're my Wonder Woman Melissa, seriously!!! 💪💕💪💕💪
What an amazing resource!!!! So excited for the community to have the amazing support you offer!!! Congratulations!!❤️❤️ and thank you for sharing the process!
as a seasoned alum i have done many rounds of whole30 for many different reasons depending on what i needed at that time. i was hesitant to purchase the course because i couldnt imagine what i might learn at this point. i am so glad i didnt listen to myself (for once) because the foundations course breathed new life into me. it has been a light bulb moment. for the first time i am actually doing the work, the real work, the hard work! i am digging deep on why every night at 9 pm i was rummaging through the pantry, i finally swapped coffee for MUDWTR and have never felt so functional in the morning. i finally gave whoop an honest try and i am working out again and for the first time i am noticing the things that stress me out. i had no idea that i only snack in the car when listening to true crime podcasts or the news which are both equally depressing! i embarked on this round to once again gain control of my perimenopausal symptoms which include violent hormonal headaches, but this foundations course is giving me my life back. i feel like every day MU is a jedi mind reader and the practices and tools to work through the anxiety.. the craving, well i would have paid triple for this course and i am deep diving into all the books and resources that come with this game changer. i am so grateful for all the work that went into this because its already had a huge impact on my life and i am only on day 18!
Wow, Melissa—this was an incredibly raw and inspiring read. I felt every high and low you described, and it reminded me a lot of what it’s like running my own business, too. My name is Chris Hennessey, and I own 52nd Street Auto Wash here in Grand Rapids, MI. While I’m not building video courses (yet!), I know what it’s like to pour yourself into something that drains and drives you.
Your honesty about the struggle—and the joy—of creating something meaningful really hit home. Congrats on pushing through and bringing Whole30 Foundations to life. I can’t wait to check it out, and I wish you a well-deserved break (with or without a Cadbury egg)! 👏
We did! It's VERY exciting and also nerve-wracking. But I'm so proud of us that it's out there, and I have SO many ideas to continue to build our course space out. We're thinking about a Course Lite (lower price point, less content); a Reintro-only course (lower price point, full content, to help with that sticking point for many); a Food Freedom course (which would be INTENSE, because I've been dying to rewrite that material)... the list goes on! XO

Food Freedom would be excellent.
This a all amazing! That you did this course period. But being able to subscribe to a portion specific to your needs is even better. Thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻
