I travel with an exercise band so I can get in some stretches, etc when I travel. It definitely helps with jet lag. Since not all hotels have gyms, I’ve just put a towel in the floor to create my ‘space’ and get to work with my band.
You're in a bent-over row position (the bottom of an RDL, with hips hinged and your back straight) and a weight in each arm. Then you're alternating rows, such that as one goes up, the other goes down. You COULD row them both up together, then down together, but see-saw or alternating requires a bit more core stability, especially as the weight gets heavy.
I feel you! I figured it was better to leave the moves and let people look up what they didn't know than try to explain every single one. (Until I get the bandwidth to film my own exercise library, that is...)
I love this, and the recommendations are really awesome, and thorough. I will say that there’s nothing wrong with a good incline walk on the treadmill either! :)
OMG this is so helpful and I will be saving this to my notes. I struggle with working out and getting motivated but this is incredibly easy to follow. Thank you!!
I have no idea where to put this so I will throw it in here. :) But I would love some more bendy exercises/stretches too! I am less bendy since turning 40ish and would love to get back into it without injuring myself!

I love that! A hotel towel is a great idea too, and a band takes up such little room.
I never unpack it from my bag too so that I never forget it
This is really smart! I am going to do the same :)
Love this idea!!
Thanks for this. The only exercise I can’t picture is a seesaw row... please explain!

Because I'm new to weight lifting I had to google almost everything :-)

Looking forward to it! :-) thanks for this- exactly what I was needing at exactly the right time!
Thank you!

Of course not! This is more "I don't want to be on the treadmill, but the gym is so crowded I don't know what else I could do."

Yay! I'm so happy to help. XO
