This always sounded kind of hokey to me ... but it REALLY WORKS. I finally got to the place where I can go to the gym and do just a little and call it not just good but GREAT. Now I have the habit in place and even my minimal workouts (mostly PT as I'm injured) are really showing results!
I have started to get up and do a 10 minute yoga practice before I do anything else. I am 2 weeks in and I am now starting to craze that time in the morning.
Consistency is key. I'll be switching back to mornings instead of exercising during my daughter's nap time over the holiday break. While I love my sleep the peloton Stretch/barre combo is great way to get moving in the morning. Have a great week
I think I'm going to show up on my Pilates mat this week and give it 5 minutes, with the caveat I can stop after 5 minutes if I want to.

I know--it seems like none of this is enough to make a difference but IT IS!
This is truly motivational. Thank you!
I’m glad, Betty!
It makes it all more accessible. The pressure of doing a thing “the right way” is not there. Just show up.... it’s less daunting this way!

I needed to hear this today.
