I have been vegan/vegetarian but have been experimenting with eating meat this past month because I am really trying to increase my protein intake. I struggle eating meat though. While there is the ethical side, I also struggle with texture. Any recos on plant based (aside from the regular player) or ways to make meat texture less meat-y? lol I know this is a crazy question with likely no clear answer 😉 I’m just struggling and trying to find a solution.
I LOVVVVVE the Chomps venison sticks. They are softer, which I like. Daisy and Buddy always get at least one bite of my Chomps. I have both turkey flavors but venison is definitely my favorite.
So, what’s the secret to making the Egglife wraps palatable??? They are so… clammy… that I can’t do it.
I have not, but it was pretty straightforward. I knew of RP Strength through my connections with CrossFit, I knew they had credible experts with a performance focus, so I reached out. The founder coached me himself the first time, and I got such amazing results that when I needed a refresher, I went back (and worked with an endurance-focused RD).
I adore my KOH oats!
I need to order some different flavors because I’ve been on Vanilla and Strawberry Walnut for months now. (And I love them all.)

Thanks so much!!

I’m super curious about how you found/worked with a performance diet coach — have you written anywhere about that process?
