I am off and on, but not religiously. I felt like it got me in a MUCH better habit of breathing through my nose (and my nasal breathing is much easier now) so most nights I skip. I'm also out of the tape I like the most so maybe if I reorder I'll get back into the habit. But I feel like it accomplished the goal!
This is very interesting. Speaking of experiments, are you still doing mouth taping at night?
