This is so very timely because this weekend, I asked the WHOOP AI assistant to help me with my sleep routine/pattern. I haven't had a consistent sleep schedule for a long time, and I had just reached the point where i was so tired of being so tired in the morning. I'd even gotten to the point where I was skipping my Bible time in the morning, which I used to cherish.

So I asked WHOOP to analyze my last few weeks of sleep data. As you mentioned in your blog, sleep consistency was the number one issue. It recommended that I integrate some wind-down activities, and get into bed by 9:15pm to wake up at 5:30am (even on the weekends). It's only been 3 days, but this morning was the first time I woke up and only hit the snooze button one time. And I know it's not rocket science what the AI assistant shared , but I love how it was based on my actual sleep data. I'm looking forward to seeing how this is going to go. I'm positive it's going to go well, but it all comes down to me having the discipline to do it.

This is fantastic! AI can often spot patterns you can’t, or it would take you a while to figure out. Consistency has been so valuable for me. The only down side is that it makes it that much harder when I HAVE to stay up late. (And by late I mean 10 PM.) 😂

I have been 3+ years on whoop and between educational podcasts & Whoop Coach, my sleep (and many other things thanks to Whoop) is wildly better!! The WC AI feedback is shockingly personalized and useful, as you describe.

I’m thrilled to hear it! It really is a very helpful use of AI

Love!!! I have a morning and night routine that I do, and like you said, it really does set my day up for more success.

Love this! When my son has a late baseball game and I know my evening routine will look different, I do a few things in advance. I will sometimes go ahead and remove my makeup and take a book to read before the game starts. Then when I get home, I can rinse my face (and the ballpark) off, read a few more pages of my book, and snuggle

Up in bed. Thank you for sharing!❤️

I like how Brandon calls it evening putter. My friend Susan calls it putting the kitchen to bed :)

I like that too! He used to ask me every night where he could pitch in and I finally said, “I DO NOT WANT HELP LET ME PUTTER.” 😂
