“Murder She Wrote at midnight at top volume” 😆+🤦🏽‍♀️Totally relatable!

These are such helpful tips - thank you! My personal top tip is to have a healthy snack in my purse at all times - to help (mostly) avoid the bowls of m&ms everywhere in my parents’ house.

Thanks for this post. As usual, my husband, son and I will be traveling to visit my 95-year-old mom over the holidays. Due to her recent health challenges, my brother has moved in with her, and she's moved into the downstairs bedroom where my husband and I usually stay. Though she has a decent-sized house, it's still going to be tight and require some adjustment. I always make a point of getting some exercise when I'm here--a walk around the neighborhood (which is also where I grew up) does wonders for my mental state. There's a reclining bike there, too. I also do Peloton bodyweight strength classes. I may not get the workout I get at home, but that's okay. Oh, and my husband snores very very loudly, and I like Loop earplugs, but I'm going to try the Ozlos! Thanks again.
