Good article! I’ve been eating “high protein” for a couple years and for me, that is at least 118 grams/day. I still really love eggs for breakfast but have gotten in the habit of scrambling 2 along with 8-12 TBSP egg whites. Scratches the egg itch while getting enough protein and keeping calories in check.
