Thank you for modeling this for all of us! I’m so grateful you have the capacity to explain your tool and strategies in a way that demonstrates how you use it, as well as how we can adapt it for ourselves.

I truly hope you feel better soon, and send you love and kindness for yourself and your family!

Thanks so much, Amanda. Taking the long weekend off social media entirely really helped. My concussion has been raging, and having a big family gathering for Thanksgiving itself left me pretty depleted, so I'm going to keep this week as quiet as possible outside of work to help me catch up. XO

I've been dealing with a mystery illness for the past year (fatigue, brain fog, tinnitus) and am finally letting go and trying to be kind to myself when I just can't do all the things. Thank you for this anology, I think it will help me explain where I'm at to friends and family.

This article was just what I needed right now! With battling the busy kids, a family illness (that involves me traveling to support) and now my illness (I haven’t been sick since before COVID) I woke up DONE! My husband especially like “l accept the help” part! So this morning right after I read this with my coffee I rearranged mg day with the help of my husband and right away I felt sooooo much better ❤️
