This is a great technique from habit research and psychology! And you can use it in all kinds of instances, like reminding yourself how much you hated your short hair and how it took so much longer to style and NO MELISSA you don't ACTUALLY want to chop it all off. :)
I have the opposite problem. Very few invitations. So many things make me uncomfortable. I would like to try a few new events.
